JAKZ Lazer Company specializes in the creation and sale of custom laser-etched products and related design services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom laser etching and engraving.

• Personalized product design consultations.

• Sale of pre-designed and ready-to-ship items.


2. Ordering Process


1. Custom Orders:

• Customers must provide clear and accurate specifications, including text, images, or design instructions.

• A proof will be provided for approval prior to production. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Payment:

• Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

• We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

• Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for convenient and secure transactions.


3. Production and Shipping


1. Production Time:

• Standard production time is 2-3 business days after proof approval. However, production times may vary depending on supply availability or other unforeseen factors.

2. Shipping Policy:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. International Orders:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.


4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements


1. Custom Products:

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error made by JAKZ Lazer Company.

• Proof of defect, such as photos, must be provided within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Custom Products:

• Items must be returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


5. Intellectual Property


• All designs created by JAKZ Lazer Company are our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or used without permission.

• Customers retain rights to any original artwork they provide but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling their order.


6. Limitation of Liability


• JAKZ Lazer Company is not liable for:

• Errors in customer-provided specifications or approved proofs.

• Damage or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


7. User Conduct


• You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent activity will result in termination of services.


8. Privacy Policy


Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


9. Modifications to Terms


JAKZ Lazer Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. JAKZ Lazer Company Digital Gift Card Policy

1. General Terms
  • JAKZ Lazer Company digital gift cards are available for purchase online or in-store.
  • Gift cards are issued in electronic format and will be delivered via email to the recipient.
  • By purchasing or using a JAKZ Lazer gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Redemption
  • Digital gift cards can only be redeemed for products available at JAKZ Lazer Company.
  • They are valid for online and in-store purchases.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

  • To use a gift card, the recipient must enter the unique gift card code at checkout or present it in-store.

3. Expiration & Fees
  • JAKZ Lazer gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance or inactivity fees.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • If a purchase made with a gift card is refunded, the amount will be credited back to the gift card.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

  • JAKZ Lazer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

  • Treat your digital gift card like cash—once it is lost, it cannot be replaced.
6. Fraud & Abuse
  • JAKZ Lazer reserves the right to cancel or void any gift card suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of this policy.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected, JAKZ Lazer may require additional verification before processing an order.
