Refund Policy

At JAKZ Lazer Etching & Design LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, laser-etched and custom-designed products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the refund policy below:

1. Custom Products:

Refunds for custom-etched items will only be granted if:

  • A production error occurred on our end that deviates from the approved design proof

  • The item is defective or damaged during production

Note: We cannot issue refunds for errors present in customer-approved proofs.

2. Non-Custom Products:

Refunds are available for non-custom items that are returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.


Conditions for Refunds

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required

  • For custom items, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue within 14 days of receipt

  • Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved design errors


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at Sales@JAKZLazer.com with your order details and issue description

  2. Attach relevant documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)

  3. Your request will be reviewed within 3–5 business days


Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • For custom orders, we may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper care


90-Day Limited Warranty – Patch Hats

At JAKZ Lazer Company, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our custom patch hats. We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

This warranty applies exclusively to patch hats and covers:

  • Leather patch adhesion issues (peeling, lifting, or separation)

  • Stitching or construction defects

  • Material flaws not caused by misuse or improper care

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to heat, water, washing, or neglect

  • Design errors approved by the customer

  • Accidental damage or product alteration


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email Sales@JAKZLazer.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description

  2. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date

  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days

Approved claims may result in a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
