• If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace the item(s). However, JAKZ Lazer Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Addresses
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
